Creating a circular photo frame with co-ordinating embellishments. _____________________________ Instructions: 1. Adhere a sheet of 'En Fleur' to a A4 piece of cover board with Super Sheet. Cut a large circle using the Ellison machine. 2. Adhere circle onto the middle of a sheet of 'Chinoiserie Baroque - Lipstick'. 3. Sand the edges of the photo and mount onto 'Virtual Pearl' then again onto a slightly smaller piece of cover board. Lightly brush some of the mat's edges with a dry brush using silver Dabber paint. 4. Apply wording 'How it all began' from rub-ons. 5. Lightly brush some of the flowers and buttons edges with a dry brush using silver Dabber paint. Thread thin white cord through the holes of the larger buttons and tie knot. 6. Stamp 'Moments' using 'Mustard Seed' ink and cut out image. 7. Arrange flowers, buttons and 'Moments' image around the 'En Fleur' circle. Include adding smaller buttons into the centre of larger flowers, raising some buttons up using magic mount. Also dot the centre of smaller button holes with 'Liquid Pearls' and smaller flowers with 'Stickles'. 8. Sand edges of cardstock die-cut 'A glimpse of who you are' and add two small lengths of ribbon behind the die-cut. Raise die-cut with mini mount onto the bottom right hand side of the circle. 9. Sand edges of arrow sticker 'True love' and adhere with magic mount to the left hand side of photo. |

Stamping onto a photo as part of journaling _____________________________ Instructions: 1. Use a dry brush to lightly edge of a sheet of 'Sheherzade' with Silver paint. 2. Trim a small piece of 'Leger' paper and tear along the top side. Adhere near the top of 'Ottoman'. 3. Run a strip of broad ribbon from top to bottom, down the left hand side of the 'leger' paper. 4. Add three photos, tearing one side of one of the photos. Use rub-ons to add wording to along left hand side of the left hand side photo. 5. Hand cut two of the circle patters from 'Sheherzade', one larger, one smaller. Spray the circles with water, scrunch, flatten, iron and hten sand the circles. Adhere the larger circle to the top left hand side of the top photo and the smaller circle at the bottom on the two other photos. Tuck three loops of ribbon under the left hand side of the larger circle. 6. Adhere a button to the centre of each circle. 7. Add 5 flowers spread along from the bottom of the first circle to the bottom circle. 8. Dot centre of flowers with a brad. 9. Stamp 'Once Upon a time' with StazOn onto the main phot and add journaling strips across the photos. 10. Add an arrow sticker below the largest circle. 11. Tear off top of and ink with 'Scattered Straw' and adhere to the top of the first photo. 12. Stamp 'Sand, Sun, Summer' with StazOn onto clear film and cut around the image. Adhere onto the bottom, right hand side photo with a small dab of Glossy Accents. |

Specific Techniques: _____________________________ Instructions: 1. Cut out image of ghoul from a second sheet of 'Boo' paper and coat eyes and mouth with 'Glossy Accents'. Weigh edges down as 'Glossy Accents' dry. 2. Raise ghoul image with mini mount over same image on a second sheet of Boo. 3. Use Ellison machine to cut out a small heart shape from cover board. Apply 'perfect medium' and emboss with Black UTEE, then adhere heart to ghoul's chest. Adhere silver crown charmer to ghoul's head. 4. Adhere 'Spice' paper to cover board using Super sheet, then cut letters 'BOO' from Ellison. Adhere to the bottom of the 'Boo' paper. 5. Print journaling onto 'Lily White' Bazzill qnd adhere photo and journaling onto a mat of 'Raven' Bazzill. Adhere mat onto the top right hand side of 'Boo' paper. 6. Scratch a border onto the photo using a craft knife blade. 7. Cut a small strip of 'Black Peal' paper and add to the left hand side of journaling. Add three silver 'deco fasteners' to the to the points of the diamonds on the paper. 8. Add wording and numbers '31' using 'Arrows' sticker and 'Favorite Photo' diecut to the left hand side of the journaling. 9. Cut a thin strip of cover board to use as a photo corner, apply 'Perfect Medium' and emboss with 'Tiger Lily'. Adhere photo corner to the top right hand side of the photo. |

Specific Techniques: 2. Using hands cut stamped images as embellishments _____________________________ Instructions: 1. Trim a wide panel of 'Pois' paper and adhere to a sheet of 'Samarkand'. 2. Adhere 2 6x4" photos side by side onto a 'Lily White' mat. Draw a border around the photos with a 'Zig Writer'. 3. Adhere photo mat onto another mat of 'Bahamas' and adhere this mat onto the centre of the background paper. 4. Thread thin cord through the holes of most of the buttons and use super tape, Glossy Accents, and mini mount at arrange buttons onto the top left and bottom right hand side of the photos to create photo corners. Also add a stamped, then hand cut image of 'Moments' as well as silver Deco Fasteners into the photo corner arrangement. 5. Print journaling onto 'Lily White' Bazzill, trim into strips and sponge edges with 'Scattered Straw' and adhere over photo and patterned paper. 6. Stamp 'Sand, Sun, Summer' onto 'Vintage' Bazzill with StazOn and emboss with clear powder, hand cut image and adhere under the left hand side photo. Add 5 silver Deco Fasteners around the outer circle of the image. 7. Select letter 'A' from Alphamix and paint with 'Clover' Dabber paint, sand with scrub pad and stamp over paint with 'Sand, Sun, Summer' in StazOn' and adhere to the bottom, left hand side of photo. 8. Add a heart sticker to the bottom, left hand side of the photo and add journaling. 9. Add an arrow sticker pointing downwards at the top, middle of the two photos. |

Specific Techniques: 2. UTEE on chipboard letters _____________________________ Instructions: 1. Use a craft knife to cut out centre of 'Sunshine' Bazzill, leaving only a thin border. Adhere border onto a sheet of 'Chinoiserie Baroque- Lipstick' 2. Trace around dinner plates and cups of the same desired circle sizes. Hand cut thin circles from various papers and adhere from smallest to largest starting in the centre of the background paper. 3. Adhere photo onto 'Lily White' Bazzill and adhere 'snapshots' from diecuts and draw a thin border with Zig writer. 4. Add 'Roxie soft charm' and diecuts to right hand side of photo. 5. Select title letters from Alphamix and cover with Perfect medium and then emboss with 'Fuchsia' UTTEE. Adhere letters with thin super tape to the bottom of the layout. 6. Cut two lengths of ribbon and adhere one coming in from the left hand side of the layout to the photo and the other underlining part of the title. 7. Add journaling strips, wording from diecuts, hand cut strip from 'Betty Petticoat' paper and arrow sticker down the left hand side of the photo. 8. Stamp 'Script Butterfly' in 'Mustard Seed' ink and cut around shape. Adhere above the title and dot antennae with 'Crystal' Stickles. |
